Billing

In an effort to simplify billing and keep medical costs down, we request payment for office visits at the end of each appointment.  However, if you have Medicare or we participate with your insurance carrier, you will need to  pay only your co-payment at the time of the visit.  Any charges as well as your account balance will be reflected on your monthly statement.  If an insurance claim has been filed, you will be held responsible for any denied or uncovered expenses.  Patients without health insurance will be required to make a deposit and establish a payment plan prior to scheduling any surgical procedures.
